Return Refund Replacement Policy
This Return, Refund & Replacement Policy applies to products purchased directly from SANCOM (Spigen Store Bangalore) operated by SanCom, an Authorized Partner of Spigen.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Only products purchased directly from our official website are eligible for return or replacement.

Return/Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Replacement request (for wrong/damaged product) must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after the specified time frame may not be accepted.
Products purchased from other marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) must be returned through their respective platforms.
2. REFUND POLICY
We generally do not offer direct cash refunds once an order has been delivered and accepted.
However:

If a return is approved, we may offer Store Credit equivalent to the product value.

Store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

In special cases where refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 4–7 working days after approval.
Refunds are subject to product inspection and approval.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS

Share at least two (2) clear images of the product

Important Notes:

Screen Protectors must be completely unused. Opened or used screen protectors cannot be returned.

If packaging is opened but the product is unused, a restocking fee may apply.

Products returned in damaged or unsellable condition will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

4. RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS
